While you lift up my shirt after asking politely

And my blood won't stick
To the confines of my veins.
And your heart
Is gonna tear mine away.

P.S- And I guess it doesn't matter what I am or pretend to be.

Water

água. Profundamente: a água estancada no ar.
Uma estrela materna.
E estou aqui devorado pelo meu soluço,
leve da minha cara.
O copo feito de estrela. A água com tanta força
no copo. Tenho as unhas negras.
Agarro nesse copo, bebo por essa estrela.
Sou inocente, vago, fremente, potente,
tumefacto.
A iluminação que a água parada faz em mim
das mãos à boca.
Entro nos sítios amplos.
— O poder de reluzir em mim um alimento
ignoto; a cara
se a roça a mão sombria, acima
da camisa inchada pelo sangue,
abaixo do cabelo enxuto à lua. Engoli
água. A mãe e a criança demoníaca
estavam sentadas na pedra vermelha.
Engoli
água profunda.

Uncertainty

If I now dream about your hands, your hair,
It is the vividness of that dead end
I miss. Like chess. Mind against mind.

I know you're right behind me

Push my back so i make sure
You're right behind me as before
Yesterday the night before tomorrow.

Pardon the way that I stare

The sight of you leaves me weak.

Feelings,

Feelings, nothing more than feelings,
trying to forget my feelings of love.
Teardrops rolling down on my face,
trying to forget my feelings of love.
Feelings, for all my life I'll feel it.
I wish I've never met you, boy ; you'll never come again.

      Feelings, wo-o-o feelings,
wo-o-o, feel you again in my arms.

Feelings, feelings like I've never lost you
and feelings like I've never have you again in my heart.

Feelings, for all my life I'll feel it.
I wish I've never met you, boy; you'll never come again.

Feelings, feelings like I've never lost you
and feelings like I've never have you again in my life.

      Feelings, wo-o-o feelings,
wo-o-o, feelings again in my arms.
      Feelings...(repeat & fade)

Detachment

To camouflage its trashier impulses, “Detachment” buttresses its jeremiad about the failing public-education system with quotations from “The Stranger” by Albert Camus and a reading from “The Fall of the House of Usher” by Edgar Allan Poe. The shriller its didacticism, the more unhinged it becomes. But even at its most ludicrous — when it is shouting into your ear — its sheer audacity grabs your attention.

In one of his best performances since “The Pianist,” Mr. Brody plays him as a quietly suffering saint whose anguished gaze tilts toward heaven.

Yet with Brody at the eye of the storm, Detachment gets to you. It hits hard.

Strangers in the night

Up to the moment when we said our first hello little did we know
Love was just a glance away, a warm embracing dance away

and

Ever since that night we've been together
Lovers at first sight, in love forever
It turned out so right for strangers in the night

P.S- We'd be sharing love before the night was through

And the numbing sensation of everything

Nem sempre me incendeiam o acordar das ervas e a estrela despenhada de sua órbita viva.
- Porém, tu sempre me incendeias.

Herberto Hélder

Do you ever feel it ?

I want to spend the night with you forever
Every time we wind up spending the night together
Do you ever feel it
I want to share my life with you forever
Every time we wind up sharing a night together
Do you ever feel it

When I stay away from you I never get to sleep
I try to hug my pillow and pretend that you're with me
But I can't feel a thing
When we are together it's right there for me to see
I can't keep looking at loneliness and try to call it freedom
Do you ever feel it

I want to spend the night with you, girl, forever
Every time we wind up spending the night together
Do you ever feel it
Do you ever want to spend the night

Just for a thrill

You turned the sunshine to rain
Just for a thrill
You filled my heart with pain
To me you were my pride and joy
To you, I was mere little toy
A plaything, that you could toss around at will

Just for a thrill
You made my life one sad song
Just for a thrill
You just led me along
Although you are gone and havin' your fun
To me you're still the only one
'Cause you made my heart stand still
It was just for a thrill
You made my heart stand still
Just for a thrill

Just for a thrill
You made my life one sad song
Just for a thrill
You just left me alone
Although you're free and havin' your fun
To me you're still the only one
Cause you made my heart stand still
It was just for a thrill
Yes you made my heart stand still
Just for a thrill

P.S- I just have to hear those sweet words spoken like a melody

How

How am I supposed to see you and not want to hug you and kiss you and touch you and tell you how much I love you?

Argo

A dramatization of the 1980 joint CIA-Canadian secret operation to extract six fugitive American diplomatic personnel out of revolutionary Iran.

Affleck’s embarrassing filmography as an actor has given way to an accomplished, assured and formidable filmography as a writer-director, one that only keeps getting better with every film. Watch Affleck’s first two directorial ventures, the intelligent Gone Baby Gone and the gritty The Town to know why Affleck is one of the industry’s brightest upcoming directors, who seems to have only gotten started. And of course, do *not* miss Argo this week because it is a stunning achievement in direction, screenwriting, acting and filmmaking itself.

Well done Ben, well done.

A kiss of you

"I can forget my very existence in a deep kiss of you..."

- Byron Caldwell Smith, letter to Kate Stephens

Sometimes we live, sometimes we die

Sometimes we know, sometimes we don't
Sometimes we give, sometimes we won't
Sometimes we're strong, sometimes we're wrong
Sometimes we cry

The Words

The Words is a set of stories built around a series of moral choices that catch the unsuspecting characters by surprise.

“The Words” is a clever, entertaining yarn that doesn’t bear close scrutiny. Even superficial examination of this film reveals myriad flaws, despite a compelling performance by Jeremy Irons as a fictional writer in a book also called “The Words.” At the heart of this story-within-a-story is a tale of plagiarism and ambition.

So we have three stories that intertwine and add up to a very powerful story that touches on some very interesting and thought provoking themes.

What happens when a person realizes that they will never become what they dream of becoming? What happens when someone makes a choice as a youth and has to suffer the consequences of his actions as a grown man? And finally, what happens when ambition is valued over love?

P.S- I thoroughly enjoyed this movie .Then go see "The Words" and enjoy it!The actors are good to terrific. Jeremy Irons is exceptional! BUT...WHAT did it all mean? WHO CARES!!! It meant, quite simply, they made a great movie that requires one to have a mind to enjoy it. ;) Enjoy "The Words" for what it is... something different, finally!

Its just a matter of time I´m sure

Now what if I never kiss your lips again
or feel the touch of your sweet embrace.
How would I ever go on?, without you there´s no place to belong
Well someday love is going to lead you back to me,
but till it dose I'll have an empty heart.
So I'll just have to believe some where out there your thinkingof me

Till the day I'll let you go,
till we say our next hello its not goodbye.
Till I see you again I'll be right here remembering when.
And if time is on our side
there will be no tears to cry on down the road
their is one thing I can't deny it's not goodbye

You think I'd be strong enough to make it trough
and rise above when the rain falls down.
But it's so hard to be strong
when you've been missing somebody so long

Its just a matter of time I´m sure,
but time takes time and I can't hold on,
so wont you try as hard as you can
put my broken hearth together again?

Till the day I'll let you go,
untill we say our next hello it's not goodbye.
Till I see you again I'll be right here remembering when.
And if time is on our side
there will be no tears to cry on down the road
their is one thing I can't deny it's not goodbye

eeehhh...
it's not goodbye...

Till the day I'll let you go,
untill we say our next hello its not goodbye.
Till I see you again I'll be right here remembering when.
And if time is on our side
there will be no tears to cry on down the road
their is one thing I can't deny it's not goodbye

It's not goodbye
Till i see you
I'll be right here rememebering when
Time is on our side
No more tears to cry
And I can't deny

it's not goodbye
no more tears to cry

It's not goodbye

And I can't explain

But it's something about the way you look tonight.

P.S- It's that feeling I get about you, deep inside.

Even Though

Something by the way he touched me was so slow
The way he'd put his arms around me
Even though I'm feeling lonely
I'm feeling lonely

Don't understand the words he said made me do wrong
But now there is nothing else in my head
And though it's strong I wish he'd leave me alone
I wish he'd leave me

'Cause I know trouble will follow
But I have to go, I have to go

'Cause I know trouble will follow
But I have to go, but I have to go

He makes me think that I don't know me
So unsure when I remember all the things he showed me
And I want more, I'm feeling lonely
Oh, I'm feeling lonely

Elles

"Elles" has a surprisingly deep performance in a disappointingly shallow movie. The performance, acute and brave, is by Juliette Binoche as a Parisian writer researching a magazine article about young prostitutes in the city.

It's not great, but it could lead to interesting discussion.

As an essay on women's roles in society and cross-generational female desire, the film provides many questions with no easy answers. It's tempting to call "Elles" some kind of thinking-person's sex movie, but it's more about thinking and about sex (and thinking about sex) and is far more likely to encourage awkward, emphatic conversation than post-show friskiness.

Lost in you

[...] Lost, is it, buried? One more missing piece?
But nothing’s lost. Or else: all is translation
And every bit of us is lost in it
(Or found—I wander through the ruin of S
Now and then, wondering at the peacefulness)
And in that loss a self-effacing tree,
Color of context, imperceptibly
Rustling with its angel, turns the waste
To shade and fiber, milk and memory.

- James Merrill, Lost in Translation

P.S- I wish you good night  (I wish you; good night)
